Are you an experienced and dedicated property professional ready for your next career move? I am delighted to be working with an exceptionally well regarded local practice who due to a very steady and consistent period of growth are looking to appoint an experienced Property Fee Earner to add support to the existing team.

This role is perfect for someone who is looking for a comfortable work life balance as the manageable caseload will be capped at 20 files per month complimented by a hybrid working pattern that offers a generous ratio of homeworking days.

As a qualified solicitor or legal executive with a background in residential property, you'll have experience in residential property sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, lease extensions, and more. If you have experience in commercial sales, purchases, and business leases, that's a definite plus!

What we're looking for:

A qualified solicitor or legal executive with experience in residential property with a proven track record of teamwork and the ability to excel independently.
