Property CRM Sales Executive (USA Market)

Salary: £35k basic £70k OTE + company benefits

Location: Brighton (hybrid) 3 days office

Hours: Mon-Fri 11am - 8pm

Do you have an extensive background in property sales and letting and have an aptitude for a knowledge of using in-house property CRM systems and generating new business? If so, I have a unique opportunity to join my clients Property IT company selling their CRM estate agency/lettings platform into the USA real estate market.

Ideally, you will be ARLA qualified and have a proven background in many areas of the property sector, have built up experience in many aspects of agent operations and have a comprehensive understanding of the Sales or Lettings process in the UK market and have a strong interest in technology, having used a range of PMS solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating new business opportunities within the USA real estate market.
  • Outbound calls to the USA generating appointments and platform demonstrations.
  • Interest in the US market and customers and researching and understanding the US property industry.
  • Booking meetings with US clients to discuss the property/lettings CRM system.
  • Consulting with clients over the phone and holding teams’ meetings.
  • Quoting, and sending out relevant information.
  • Discussing the benefits and booking in online presentations.
  • Account management.
  • Managing a sales pipeline and working to sales targets.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

  • Have a proven background as a Letting Agent or Estate Agent/ Property Manager building up experience in many aspects of agent operations.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the Sales or Lettings process in the UK market.
  • Have a good knowledge in as many aspects of the following: pre-let, tenancy management, property management and client accounting.
  • Ideally ARLA Level 3 qualified sales or lettings.
  • Strong interest in technology, having used a range of PMS solutions.
  • Soft skills with an aptitude to sell.
  • Understanding of sales process and dynamics.
  • Professional approach with attention to detail.
  • Familiar with property CRM software and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Familiar using PMS software and competent using IT.
