Property Coordinator – Tunbridge Wells – £23,000 + OTE and profit share   
 
Are you an energetic, highly organised and motivated individual?
 
Exciting new opportunity for an ambitious, motivated Property Coordinator to join this highly successful, independent property agency based in Tunbridge Wells!   
 
About you:
  • Strong communicator
  • Confident with a “can do” attitude.
  • Excellent IT skills and an organised, proactive approach are also required.
  • Full drivers licence and car owner
About the role: This is a fast-paced, varied and interesting role, you will be:
  • Handling incoming calls
  • Organising general property repairs and maintenance
  • Coordinating works with contractors, tenants and landlords
  • Planning, scheduling and attending periodic property inspections
  • Arranging safety certificates to retain compliance standards
  • Invoicing
  • Inventory Report assessment and handling deposit claims.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, with alternate Saturdays, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm (with a weekday off in lieu).
