  Role and responsibilities
  
  

• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including property owners, developers, buyers & tenants.

• Actively seek out new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing them with exceptional service and support.

• List properties for sale and rent through online portals.

• Show properties to prospective buyers or tenants, providing detailed information and answering questions.

• Negotiate terms and conditions of sale or lease agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favourable outcomes for all parties involved.

• Continuously update knowledge of the real estate market, industry best practices, and technological advancements.
