My client, a leading, prestigious insurer, is currently looking to add an Underwriter to their Mid-Market team. This role has come about due to organic growth and is going to help add further depth to their established team.

Salary: £50,000-£65,000 plus market-leading benefits
Location: Chelmsford or City of London
Hybrid: Yes

You will play a key role in the team, assisting with the ambitious development plans. The business you'd be looking after would be mid-market, and you would also have the reigns to proactively develop lasting relationships with a portfolio of brokers and customers.

Ideally, you would have proven experience as a Commercial or P&C Underwriter. My client is open to a more senior individual looking for a steady underwriting role, or is also open to someone who is keen to progress. There are multiple vacancies on the team, so they're able to accommodate different experience levels.
