Property Administrator
- Location: Dulwich
- Hours: 9-5, Mon-Fri (1 hour lunch)
- Salary: £30000 - £35000
We are seeking a diligent Property Administrator to join a growing company in a 12-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks related to property management, ensuring efficient operation and compliance with legal requirements. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Day-to-day of the role:- Scan and upload documents to Alto and Shared Drive.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and manage renewals of safety certificates.
- Schedule and manage inspections and manage Head of Property Management’s appointments.
- Coordinate tenant transitions, including check-ins, check-outs, and utility changes.
- Provide additional support to the Head of Property Management as needed.
- Proven experience in property administration or a similar role.
- Familiarity with property management software, preferably Alto.
- Proficient in using Adobe Sign for document management.
- Strong understanding of legal requirements in property management.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to produce accurate financial reports and statements.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in email correspondence.
- Experience with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) is advantageous.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

This role is fully office-based. It's a 12-month fixed term contract but this can by all means be extended if both parties are happy later down the line.
