Are you looking to work for a leading law firm and have an interest in property? Do you love to provide admin support?

Our client is an award winning, Legal 500 ranked, full service law firm and they are looking to grow their Residential Property team and bring on a new Property Admin Assistant! They are based in Farnborough and the successful candidate will be joining an expanding firm and working in a flexible, supportive, and encouraging environment!

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm. This is an office- based role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Answering the department telephones
  • Creating new matters and issuing documents
  • Telephone calls/enquiries
  • Scanning and filing of and distributing incoming post
  • Creating and producing quotes
  • Scanning, copying and data entry
  • Telephone calls and emails
  • Assisting with systems management
  • Assisting with ledger management
  • File closing

Applicants must be able to demonstrate that they are capable of working on their own initiative, have a mature attitude, and are a strong team player. An ability to consistently maintain high standards will be essential as will excellent IT skills. Experience of working in a legal environment is not required, although experience within an office environment is necessary for this role. Data entry skills will be essential as well as good attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
