Your new role

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Property Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in managing the financial aspects of our property portfolio. From overseeing rent collections to analysing property performance, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business. What you'll be doing

- Managing all aspects of property accounting, including rent invoicing, service charge accounting, and lease administration- Conducting regular financial analysis to evaluate property performance and identify opportunities for improvement- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities for the property portfolio- Liaising with property managers, tenants, and vendors to address financial inquiries and resolve issues- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations- Contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy in property accounting processes
What you'll bring

- Previous experience in property accounting or a related field- Strong understanding of property management principles and practices- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team- A proactive and results-oriented approach
