You will be overseeing the propagation department to meet the targets of the nursery.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient operations and ensuring the successful propagation of plants through various techniques.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success the nursery while developing your leadership skills.

What will I have done?

Ideally, you'll already have experience in plant propagation or horticultural production and have knowledge of different propagation techniques, if not don't worry, they want to invest in you!

You'll also have a passion for horticulture and a desire to contribute to the success of a leading nursery.
