About the Role

This role will involve undertaking daily administration tasks associated with the relevant programmes, including working closely with the Adviser(s) to ensure that all paperwork and processes are fully compliant and processed quickly and accurately. 

Main Areas of Responsibility

  • Be the first point of call to answer any queries relating to the compliancy of paperwork being processed
  • Ensuring all paperwork is completed properly and meets the required levels set out in the contracts
  • Processing accurate documentation to be issued to external parties
  • Ensuring the delivery requirements are met to time and quality standards on the relevant contracts 
  • Ensuring all programme related data is accurately and timely inputted on to the relevant CRM system in use
  • General administrative and account management responsibility from client entry to client exit
  • Organising 1:1s, masterclasses and online networking sessions.

Skills and Desirable Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role 
  • Previous experience of SME Business Support along with knowledge of funding requirements 
  • Previous experience of Programme Governance & Compliance  
  • Awareness of quick wins to reduce duplication of effort 
  • Excellent data entry skills in terms of accuracy, speed and volume 
  • Highly numerate, IT literate – experience in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel and Outlook Calendars)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to deal with different levels in an organisational structure 
  • Gains the respect and trust of colleagues by displaying honesty and personal integrity 
  • Ability to work with other members of the team to identify how activities can maximise value in building the OI Advice profile.
