Are you a seasoned professional in the water industry, ready to lead from the front and drive success in commissioning projects? Our client, a leading provider of design, manufacturing, and maintenance services for water infrastructure projects, is currently seeking a Project Site Manager to play a pivotal role in their commissioning service.

Your Role
As a Project Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the commissioning service, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Working closely with the Senior Consultant, you will lead a specialist team and drive a culture of excellence and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee all stages of the commissioning process, from project initiation to completion.
*Conduct detailed site surveys, inspections, and monitoring to ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
*Liaise effectively with stakeholders and manage communication throughout the project lifecycle.
*Support RAMS preparation, approval, and onsite briefings to ensure safe and compliant delivery
*Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the commissioning process.
*Maintain comprehensive records and documentation of all activities.
*Manage project finances, including cost control and invoicing.
*Facilitate team meetings and briefings to keep all members informed and engaged.
*Evaluate project outcomes and incorporate learnings into future projects.
*Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:
*Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the water industry.
*CSCS / SMSTS / SSSTS qualification.
*EUSR Water Hygiene and SHEA Water qualification.
*NRSWA Supervisor certification.
*Hands-on experience with valve operations and pressure testing.
*Experience in supporting RAMS preparation, approval, and onsite briefings.
*Strong IT skills, including GIS mapping tools and online reporting software.
*Full, clean UK driving license.

Personal Specifications:
*Practical knowledge of large diameter mains and commissioning processes.
*Experience in flushing commercial and industrial water systems.
*Strong leadership skills and ability to coordinate resources effectively.
*Methodical approach to work and commitment to health and safety.
*Flexibility to work day, night, and weekend shifts as required.

Employment Specifics and Package:
*Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
*Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
*Additional 20% pay for occasional night work
*Pension: 5% employer contribution
*Holiday: 23 days plus UK bank holidays
*Location: Primarily in and around M25 area
*Tools and Equipment: Provided by the company
*Notice: 12 weeks for termination
*Probation Period: 6 months
