Project Quantity Surveyor
A Kent based Construction Consultancy, are seeking a diligent Project Quantity Surveyor to join their long-standing practice as a result of securing several new, interesting projects.
The Project Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will be based at the companies Canterbury office where you will be working on a broad range of mouthwatering projects across a variety of sectors including residential, heritage, hospitality, and education.
The new Project Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the day to day delivery of projects, providing a full cost management and contract administration role. There is also the chance to do some Project Management should that appeal.
The Project Quantity Surveyor
- Comfortable with the day to day cost management of projects
- Able to take projects through their life cycle, pre and post contract
- Completed a degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Started or looking to start your APC diary
- PQS / Consultancy experience
- Good communication skills
- Any contract administration experience would be a plus
