A modern day, Quantity Surveying consultancy with an affable culture, is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor with Senior ambitions.

The Project Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will be working across several projects including: multiple gym expansions (circa £5m), private medical refurbishments, data centre, and office fit out schemes.

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for taking certain projects (from above) from inception to completion independently, but also supporting the Associates and Directors on the more technical/complicated schemes.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
  • MRICS, or working towards
  • Minimum of 4 years quantity surveying experience
  • QS experience within a PQS / Consultancy practice
  • Sociable, personable nature
