Project Quantity Surveyor

An award-winning, medium sized Main Contractor are looking to add a talented Project Quantity Surveyor to their thriving head office in Surrey.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will join an established yet growing team which works across a variety of sectors including Education, Sport & Leisure, Commercial and Residential - with a particularly strong upcoming pipeline in Commercial & Residential work.

The incoming Project Quantity Surveyor will run Refurbishment & Fit Out projects independently, typically between £500k - £5m, occasionally up to £10m.

The Company itself was formed in the 80's and is a traditional contractor undertaking projects mainly in London and the Home Counties.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cost planning, budgeting, and analysis for upcoming residential and commercial projects.
• Manage contractual relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure all project documentation is maintained to support project delivery and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost control and management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

• Quantity Surveying Degree Qualification is beneficial
• Quantity Surveying experience within a Main Contractor
• Valid Driving License is ideal
• A successful track record running projects to completion
• Residential or Commercial experience is beneficial
