Are you a Project Planner from a Construction / Roofing background looking for a varied and exciting role where no two days are the same within a well-established roofing company who offer a company bonus and ongoing progression to senior roles?

This company are a leading Roofing company who work on a broad range of projects across the residential and commercial sectors. They have continually developed to the point they have a turnover of over £30m and are looking to grow their team across the board to keep up with the significant growth they are undergoing at present.

In this varied role you will undertake a range of project activities including working from design specifications, scheduling orders, researching new processes and providing estimates. You will regularly liaise with project managers, the design and procurements teams and senior leadership.

This role would suit a Project Planner from a facades / roofing / cladding background looking for a dynamic and exciting role where you will have creative input on projects and have the opportunity to increase your earnings through a bonus.

The Role:

• Work closely with project teams to understand progress, delays and any issues onsite
• Implement changes on project programme to resolve any issues or delays
• Liaise closely with your clients, ensuring requirements are met
• Preparing resource schedules for appraisal at tender reviews and on an ongoing basis for secured contracts

The Person:

• Project Planner or similar
• Construction / Roofing background
• Commutable to Enfield
