Our client is a UK-based facilities management and technical services company. They are one of the UK's 250 largest public companies.

Your new role
Design and Project manager to manage from inception to handover a variety of projects, from complex and large-value projects to small-scale technically challenging. An in-depth knowledge of RIBA scale stages is required to develop appropriate design solutions in conjunction with the client and design team, ensure effective project planning by applying an understanding of good management practices, health and safety legislation, risk management, costs and co-ordination amongst the project team.
You will also formulate project briefs, assemble design teams, plan projects using tools like Microsoft, manage design processes, review proposals, and oversee project delivery from design to handover.

What you'll need to succeed
Able to commute to either Mildenhall or Corsham on a regular basis

Desirable: Project/Construction qualifications

A 5-year UK work history

Knowledge of RIBA
