Project Manager

Our client, a global company specialising in security solutions and supplies to major markets worldwide, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join their Airport projects team as a Project Manager. If you have a Prince2 certification and a passion for delivering airport projects on a global scale, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of airport projects globally, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams on highly customised projects.
• Communicate with external customers and system integrators to coordinate project schedules and ensure smooth project execution.
• Support large projects in the bidding phase, including interacting with third-party system integrators.
• Drive and coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Demonstrate confident communication skills when working with local teams from diverse cultures.
• Apply your extensive experience in project management for large and complex projects involving hardware integration in an IT environment.

Requirements:

• Strong organisational and time management skills to effectively meet project deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for global project meetings and related activities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive project success.
• Familiarity with the airport industry and its unique challenges is advantageous.
• Enjoy a flexible work environment, with the requirement to be at the office in Uckfield only twice a week.
