Major Players are working with an esteemed creative agency to recruit a dynamic Project Manager to play a pivotal role within their Client Services team. You will act as key liaison between clients, media agencies, external partners, and internal teams, becoming instrumental in delivering a variety of projects across multiple markets and channels.

This role will be a hybrid position, with office days in their Central London offices 50% of the time, with the rest from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage contact reports and timelines.
  • Follow internal processes and ensure accountability across all teams.
  • Own project status and lead status meetings with clients and external teams.
  • Communicate regular project updates, managing expectations for smooth workstream operations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Manage internal and external resources to optimise quality and profitability.
  • Support Client Services team by interacting with clients and ensuring optimal results.
  • Attend and present project deliverable's and plans as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous agency or media partner experience in project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience handlng high volumes of assets and requests at one time
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
  • A keen interest in culture, both personally and professionally.
