Day to Day of the role:

• Oversee the management of entire portfolios of projects, ensuring successful completion and delivery.
• Lead Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs) comprising R&D, Marketing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Manage all aspects of the project life cycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring accountability and adherence to timelines.
• Interface with all areas affected by the project, including end users, distributors, and vendors.
• Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables regularly.
• Provide open and clear communication with company executives regarding the status of specific projects.
• Travel as required to meet project needs and collaborate with global teams.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Essential: * Degree in a STEM field (e.g., Electrical, IT, or Mechanical Engineering). * Recognised project management qualification (e.g., PMP®, APM PMQ, PRINCE2® Practitioner). * Proven project management experience in a technical field. * Experience with full project lifecycle delivery using hybrid Project Management Methodologies.

Desirable:

•  Post-graduate business qualification (e.g., MBA).
•  Proficiency with Enterprise planning, change, and configuration management tools.
•  Experience with New Product Development and Manufacturing projects.
•  Organisational Change and Business Improvement experience.
•  Experience working within a PMO.
