Our client, a Leading Facilities Management organisation are currently on the search for a Project Manager to join their dynamic team in North West England. The Project Manager will have responsibility for the management and delivery of projects and small works to client satisfaction by delivering on time, to budget and meet both quality and safety standards. This role is based in North West but the successful candidate will be expected to travel nationally when needed. 

Key Accountabilities for the Project Manager;

  • Running multi discipline projects within Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric. Core skills would ideally be mechanically biased.
  • Experience delivering installations of HVAC plant and equipment in Commercial, Healthcare or Public Sector environments.
  • Experience quoting and estimating projects is essential.
  • Hold an Engineering qualification in either Mechanical or Electrical Services.
  • Ability to interpret engineering specifications and drawings.
  • Ensuring Project and Site Teams are adequate and suitably qualified to undertake their duties including all Health & Safety requirements.
  • Organising and conducting pre-construction planning and programming activities.
  • High level of communications, control, organising, motivational and management skills. 

  • Ability to drive.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Project Manager with practical, hands on experience of delivering engineering projects. You will have strong communication skills, be very organised, have an eye for detail and be able to work to deadlines.

In return, our client is offering a salary around £55,000 per annum.
