R13 is excited to announce an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a fantastic business in Norwich. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams & third parties to support the efficient delivery of a fantastic client experience and project objectives within agreed timescales.

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday. This opportunity offers a salary of £50,000 - £70,000 depending on experience.

The day to day

  • Running and scheduling projects, ensuring targets are met and managing several projects at any one time.
  • Keeping abreast of any project delays and keeping an eye on cost control.
  • Delivering an exceptional client experience and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ensuring clients are always kept up to date on progress and deliverables.
  • Liaising with internal team, contractors and 3rd parties to quickly resolve any problems or technical issues that may arise.
  • Writing program and obtaining quotes.
  • Effectively allocating resources.

You will have/be

  • Proven project management experience.
  • Experience leading a team through the entire project life cycle.
  • Confident in managing multiple projects and priorities at any one time whilst ensuring deadlines are being met.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to liaise with & provide instruction to a range of parties.
  • The ability to manage time, generate/manage schedules and workflow of projects efficiently.
  • High aptitude for MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)

Desirable:

  • Experience in a construction or quantity surveying background would be desirable but not essential.
  • EBOSH or ISOH qualifications.
