IT/HR Project Manager| £500-615 per day depending on experience | 12 Month Contract | Outside IR35 | Hybrid - Once a week in Glasgow | ASAP Start

My client is looking for a seasoned and well experienced IT Project Manager who can lead on the replacement of core HR systems - a workstream that is falling behind. We are ripping out our current system and implementing a new digital people platform - likely to be SAP SuccessFactors or MS Dynamics (experience in both is preferable!).

We are looking for someone with full E2E experience from business case approval through to design and implementation (both technical IT and business change).

We are looking for someone who is a HR IT PM through and through, understanding the nuts and bolts, has been around the block and understands the common pitfalls and how they can be avoided.

The ability to work in an ambiguous environment and build positive stakeholder relationships will also be key.
