Project Manager - Talent Acquisition & On-Boarding Strategy

On behalf of our Bournemouth based client (1 day per month on site) we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has designed and led specific talent & on-boarding strategic change transformation projects. You will ideally have multi sector experience, worked on multiple projects like these before and knows what good and bad looks like and the likely challenges they may encounter on the way. Step 1 will be leading workshops and discovery, step 2 will be delivering on the agreed plan.

Experience:

- Experienced Project Manager
- Multi sector background
- Experience working on TA and Onboarding transformation projects
- Comfortable working with front line staff and very senior stakeholders
- Personable, dynamic and proactive
