Job Title: Project Manager (M&E)
Location: Birmingham City (Hybrid - 3 days a week)
Salary: Up to£65,000 per annum
Overview
My client, a well-established utilities and energy organisation, is currently seeking a Project Manager in Mechanical/Electrical engineering. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the clients energy and carbon reduction initiatives, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and variety of key stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Guide the customers journey from identifying development opportunities to delivering technical solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client addressing and coordinating on technical and status inquiries.
- Managing the project budgets and timelines.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address any feasibility concerns.
- Ensure adherence to company governance and approval protocols.
- Support the handover post completion and provide ongoing support.
Requirements
- BSc or BEng in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Possesses a deep understanding of energy and carbon reduction strategies for large commercial sites.
- Proficiency in M&E engineering designs and construction principles/processes.
- Strong experience in construction management and industry standard contracts.
