Are you a Project Manager from a joinery background looking to step up into an estimator position within a market leading design and build construction company, offering autonomy and on-going progression as they continue through an exciting period of growth?

Within this position you will liaise with the estimating manager & technical designers to ensure high quality & detailed proposals are submitted in line with client requirements, produce build estimates and projects tenders, as well as use drawings and specifications to produce competitive tenders.

On offer is the chance to join the newest company within an industry leading group of design and build electrical contractors, offering design, installation, and maintenance services to a range of clients within the construction industry.

This role will suit a Project Manager, with a background in construction, looking to progress their career into an estimator position, offering hybrid working, continuous tailored training and optional paid overtime.

The Role:
- Build Estimating for a range of construction projects
- Produce build estimates and projects tenders
- Liaise with estimating manager & technical designers
- Monday - Friday 8am-5:30pm (Hybrid working)

The Person:
- Project Manager or similar
- Joinery background
- Looking to progress into an Estimator position
