They are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join their team in Nottingham. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing all aspects of project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to define project requirements and develop project plans.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare regular financial reports for management and clients.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure all project documentation and records are maintained accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or engineering industry, preferably in the installation of industrial or commercial chimneys and exhaust systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams to achieve project goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Relevant qualifications in project management, engineering, or a related field.
