Are you a driven and dynamic project led event professional looking to take that step into the UK's leading events execution agency? About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Event Project Manager to join this industry leading team team based on the outskirts of Birmingham. You'll oversee a portfolio of client projects, ensuring their successful delivery. This role offers excellent opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee client projects, from briefings to logistics, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Content Development: Inspire creativity and facilitate content solutions.
- Financial Management: Manage project budgets, reporting, and invoicing.
- ROI: Implement ROI strategies to measure event effectiveness.
- Client Management: Build and maintain client relationships.
- New Business: Contribute to pitches and networking efforts.
- CRM: Maintain client records and notes.
- Company Culture: Embrace our values and contribute to team activities.
- You will have prior event production experience, ideally within an agency.
- You will have proficiency in ROI methodology (preferable but not essential).
- Familiarity with internal communications teams
- Ideally you will have a good understanding of video production (preferable but not essential).
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to own car.
- Competitive Salary (£30,000 - £37,000)
