Our client, a leader in their sector, are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their highly valued team on a full-time basis.
This Company are a reputable business with over 20 years’ experience within the Security Industry. As a fast-growing company with ambitious targets and plans for further expansion, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow with the company and progress their career in line with their growth plans.
You will be working with multiple clients across different sectors. These include Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Government Buildings, Ministry of Defence, Utilities and more…
Some of the services offered within the division are Access Control, Intruder Detection, CCTV and more. Previous experience within all of these areas is essential.
Project Manager (Electronic Security) Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the delivery of integrated security projects across multiple sectors
- Managing multiple projects UK wide
- Responsibilities will extend from the initial setup of projects, through delivery and concluding with client handover, training and internal site handover to their service department
- Undertake and supervise the delivery of Access Control, Perimeter Protection, CCTV and Security Systems
- Manage the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Access Control, CCTV, and Intruder Detection systems, in compliance with company and industry standards
- Manage all aspects of project delivery with a particular focus on the execution of contracts to NEC/JCT frameworks
- Gather, maintain, and update documentation in line with customer specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements
Project Manager (Electronic Security) Skills and Experience:
- A Full UK Driving Licence or equivalent (Essential)
- Strong background of project delivery of contracts exceeding £1m in value and the ability to manage a diverse portfolio of contracts concurrently
- A strong commercial understanding
- A clear understanding and knowledge of the relevant British Standards surrounding security systems
- Proficient in the use of project management packages
- Security checks are required for this role
