Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

Location: Dunmow, UK

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum plus benefits

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of electrical projects, overseeing planning, execution, and completion, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client specifications.
• Foster collaborative relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and financial targets.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality control.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders, while maintaining accurate records.
• Implement health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all project personnel.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and any potential risks or delays.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in electrical project management, preferably within the compliance testing or remedial/projects sector.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and compliance standards, including EICRs, emergency lighting, and electrical installations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or project management are desirable.

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 per annum, based on experience.
