ROLE PROFILE:

This role will be responsible for all aspects of program management, delivery, and operations within the Digital Markets Infrastructure programme focusing on the product operating model. Reporting to the DMI program director, and working closely with project managers, workstream leads, and other program/project management resources, the central LSEG Transformation (TMO) function, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of a defined set of milestones and outcomes.

ROLE SUMMARY:
  • Manage the DMI Operating Model program management function for the DMI programme focusing on the Target Operating Model (covering both Business and Technical operating models), providing overall program leadership, guidance, and technical expertise to manage all aspects of the workstream, including sub-workstream planning and execution
  • Work with Workstream Leads, Sub-workstream Leads and other project team members across LSEG to develop execution plans and manage delivery against agreed milestones, outcomes, and budget
  • Coordinate across Sub-workstreams, identify interdependencies and define plans to solve them, raising issues and barriers to execution where required
  • Implement and run program governance and meeting cadence
  • Provide material to support regular governance meetings and facilitate decision making at Steering Committee, Workstream and Sub-workstream levels
  • Work with other LSEG workstreams outside of DMI as required to address any dependencies and opportunities
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • Minimum of 5 years of Project Management/Planning experience
  • Experience resource planning and optimisation with either Agile or Waterfall methodologies and an understanding of both approaches and ensuring flexibility to deliver an execute within both
  • Must have excellent analytical problem-solving skills and be a phenomenal teammate with an ambitious, collaborative spirit.
  • Above average organisation, interpersonal skills and demonstrates strong leadership skills.
  • Experience building successful client relationships or internal team relationships.
  • Hands on experience within Capital Markets or Financial Services
  • Seeks new ways of working continuously to make processes run smoother and faster.
