Summary
CCS | Compass Corporate Services have partnered with one of the UK's leading Care & Education Groups in looking for a Construction Project Manager.

Overview
As the CPM you will strategically lead on developments throughout the portfolio from cradle to grave. This will mainly be a mixture of new build and refurbishment projects of adult residential services, supported living accommodation, children's residential services and SEN schools.

You will support right from the property identification stage, through tendering and acquisitions right the way through to completion and hand over. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a multi-disciplined team to deliver differing and interesting projects. You will manage and create project & action plans for each new development and coordinate with external departments such as the local planning authority and regulators (Ofsted, CIW and CQC).

You'll lead the team in the search for new properties or sites by completing desk top studies and initial site visits before presenting a summary of findings and recommendations for new development opportunities.

Essential Criteria
Experience in a similar role within Healthcare
HND / HNC in Project Management (or similar)
Minimum of 5 years of delivering projects or working in a project management team
