Salary: £45K-£55K (Depending on Experience)

Hunter Mason’s client has been trading for over 10 years and have developed a solid reputation. Our client specialises in all kinds of SFS solutions including infill, oversail and load bearing SFS, external insulated render systems, passive fire protection and external façade treatments.

They are now looking to employ a project manager who has experience with facades to join their rapidly expanding team. Our client is aiming to start a project at the beginning of April for the construction of large luxury apartments but will employ the ideal candidate to aid in current projects now.

Job description

  • Ensure the delivery of multi million-pound facade projects on time and on budget, whilst to the clients’ satisfaction.
  • Management of project timescales and planning; communicating changes to all relevant parties
  • To prepare and keep an up-to-date project plan
  • Responsibility for the application and monitoring of all Health and Safety practices associated to the project-including induction and site safety.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and achieve high levels of customer service.

What we want from you:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the facades/structural steel industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of construction techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents.
