The role of the Project Manager - Aluminium Windows & Doors will involve:

• Project Manager position dealing with various aluminium fire rate fenestration systems windows and door systems such as Schuco, Aluprof & SAS

• Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Resourcing required labour for projects
• Ensure that works are completed safely and to the requirements
• Prepare method statements, RAMS and H&S documents
• Regularly liaise with the clients and resolve any issues that arise
• Maintaining good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation
• Attend site meetings where required
• Managing projects ranging in value from £100k to £2m

The ideal applicant will be Project Manager - Aluminium Windows & Doors with:

• Must have Project Management experience within the fenestration market sector
• Ideally experienced in aluminium windows, doors, curtain walling & fire rated glazing systems
• Excellent communication skills across all level both written and verbal
• Must be confident in resolving any project related issues in a professional manor
• IT literate (Microsoft Office, Logikal, Schucal)
• Full UK driving license
• Strong leadership skills
• Effective time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
