Are you looking for a new role as a Project Coordinator within a leading Global Search Firm?
We are looking for a Project Coordinator/EA to join our client in supporting both the internal team and clients & candidates. You will coordinate activities whilst also balancing needs and expectations of the firm.
What you will do:
This is a varied, busy role which will include project management, relationship building and business development.
Some of your duties will include:
- Support Consultants in their business development activities.
- Maintain excellent relationships with firm members, clients, prospects and candidates to achieve highest levels of customer service.
- Manage the financial aspects of the billing process, including expense report processing, client invoicing and tracking receivables.
- Create, edit and format all client-facing documents (e.g. status memos, job specifications, business development proposals, etc.) to ensure all information is accurate and meets the client and Consultant expectations.
- Proactively manage the team's efforts to ensure they are moving the assignment/project forward.
What you will need:
For this role we are looking for an experienced individual who has a proactive approach to their work. You will have excellent problem solving, communication and leadership skills as well as the ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced environment.
