In the role, you will be the key 'go-to' point of contact for the projects team and external stakeholders, ensuring critical business documentation is meticulously managed and office operations run smoothly. You'll schedule meetings, produce reports, and handle a range of administrative tasks to support project delivery.

The Role:
Oversee business administration, including support for project teams and stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation databases for easy accessibility.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage external inquiries for the team.
The Person:
Administration/Project Coordination background
Experienced with in IT systems, including MS Office and SAP.
Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills
