Project Coordinator

Our client, a respected not-for-profit organisation in Central London, is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Project Coordinator/Team Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting project managers by overseeing administrative tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring resource availability for the project team. If you have a strong project coordination skillset, administrative experience, and an eye for detail, this could be the role for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management Support:
    • Assist project managers in developing project management documents, including project budgets, schedules, scope statements, and project plans.
    • Coordinate the collection of high-quality audit data to support research and quality improvement initiatives.
    • Execute administrative tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders, and inventory reports.
    • Supervise the project procurement process.
  2. Data Coordination:
    • Coordinate the collection of accurate and comprehensive audit data to support research and quality improvement initiatives.
    • Act as the main point of contact for audit process and data inquiries from hospital units, regional network leads, and other stakeholder organizations, ensuring timely and effective responses.
    • Monitor participation rates and spearhead efforts to enhance data submission processes, promoting broader participation and improved data quality.
  3. Stakeholder Communication:
    • Meet with project clients to assess their needs, define project requirements, acceptance criteria, and project timelines.
    • Be the liaison between the project team and project clients throughout the project life cycle.
  4. Resource Allocation and Task Assignment:
    • Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the team has what’s needed at the right time.
    • Assign tasks to team members and help them understand project milestones and deliverables.
  5. Reporting and Collaboration:
    • Monitor project progress and team members’ performance.
    • Schedule stakeholder meetings, document outcomes, and generate reports.
    • Foster cross-team collaboration to complete project tasks and produce deliverables.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in office and project administration.
  • Strong data-handling skills.
  • Successful teamwork experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Familiarity with database usage and maintenance.

Project Coordinator

Type of Role: Temporary (3 months) with potential to extend.

Schedule: Hybrid working (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm).

Location: Central London (Farringdon, hybrid).

Pay: £20 - £22 per hour.
