We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the POS/POP design and manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be someone who is organised, disciplined, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial for liaising with demanding customers and suppliers, managing projects within budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
Day to day of the role:
Liaise with customers and suppliers, progressing work in progress to meet tight deadlines.
Manage and maintain projects within set budgets and understand month-end WIP (Work In Progress).
Organise and prioritise tasks effectively to ensure customer satisfaction is always maintained.
Communicate with various departments to ensure on-time shipments and cost-effective distribution.
Work well under pressure and maintain good communication at all levels.
Respond to the pace of the department and contribute positively to a busy and friendly team environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent working knowledge of Excel.
Capable of invoice processing and the preparation of quotations.
Able to produce month-end accounting, including understanding and providing work in progress for the accounts team.
Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to resolve issues based on urgency rather than on a first-come, first-served basis.
Good communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with various departments.
Enthusiastic and able to keep pace with the demands of the department.
