Salary £47000-£52000 (dependent on experience)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, award-winning team who work across the Education, Residential and Commercial sectors. The practice has nine offices across the South of England and pride themselves on providing outstanding service to every client whilst also delivering creative and innovative designs. The team are looking for a motivated and passionate Project Architect to join them in Hampshire.

The successful Project Architect will have significant post Part 3 experience and should have worked through all RIBA stages. You should be confident collaborating with clients, contractors and other Architects whilst ensuring all designs are expertly detailed. AutoCAD knowledge is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

  • Significant post Part 3 experience
  • Strong attention to detail and technical abilities
  • Able to lead projects across all RIBA stages
  • Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Represent the practice in client-facing interactions
  • Leadership experience. Able to mentor and manage teams.
  • Experience working on Education and Commercial projects is beneficial
  • Assist in on-site management of projects
  • ARB accreditation
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
