Reed has the privilege of supporting an innovative construction company to add a valuable team member to their medium sized business based in RG41.  My client isn’t like normal construction companies, instead they are very employee centric.

They need to add the role of Project Administrator to their team ASAP.  If you have a construction and /or utility background and are familiar with CDM (construct, design, manage) projects, are highly organised, detail-orientated and have excellent communication skills, this may be just what you have been waiting for.

A typical day will include the following: -

·         Assist with overseeing and co-ordinating ongoing contracts with key clients.

·         Handling quotation emails, prioritising quotes, preparing monthly spend report for a key client.  Issuing WIAPS certificates.

·         Responsible for raising and sending all invoices, credit control, assisting with accounts queries and diary audits.

·         Managing customer call backs for quotes, providing updates on customer jobs, liaising with crews - job progress updates.

·         Overall control of their largest client’s spreadsheet including data capture, as well as commercial costings. Voldafone account and iPad management.

·         Maintaining the client list.

·         Responsible for managing the company's website, SEO strategy and online presence, posting on Facebook.
