Our client has grown organically by investment in experience and training, to become one of the UK’s most established contractors and equipment suppliers within their industry! Their work has transformed the kitchens and eateries of some of the best-known restaurants, companies and organisations in the UK!

They currently have an exciting permanent opportunity to join the team based in Gloucester. If you are looking to join a successful, forward-thinking company within a varied and challenging role then this really is the ideal job for you.

If you have previous administration experience that’s great but not essential, most importantly we are looking for someone who is wanting an opportunity to grow and develop, keen to learn and succeed within an administrative role. Full Training will be provided.

Responsibilities;

-Compiling accurate and detailed quotations

-Handling incoming customer enquiries

-Project coordination and administration

-Sales order processing

-Aftersales support

-General office duties

Candidate Attributes;

-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Good planning and organisational skills

-Customer service experience

-Good attention to detail

-Problem solving & research skills

-Self-motivated and flexible

Hours:Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm, Friday 8.30am - 4pm

Salary: Up to £25,000 + discretional bonus, 22 days holiday + Death in service and Income protection scheme.
