Your new company is a leading private sector organisation that provides a wide array of focused planning services for businesses. They are looking for an organised and confident individual to autonomously oversee office operations and coordinate the team.


Your new role
Your new role involves responsibilities such as attending team meetings, planning and organising resources, booking travel and accomodation, assisting the team with paperwork, managing budgets and maintaining relationships with clients.


What you'll need to succeed
What you'll need to succeed is a proactive attitude, strong organisational and time management skills, proven experience in busy administrative roles, the ability to prioritise your own workload and adaptability to changing priorities.


What you'll get in return
What you'll get in return is a competitive salary of £24000 per year and the potential to renew the contract after the initial 12-month fixed term. The role is hybrid, with a flexible schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
