Are you looking for your next role as a Projects Administrator ?

Would you like to work for a highly successful business at their offices in Winchester ?

Do you have excellent communication skills and previous Projects Administration experience ?

If so this is the perfect role for you.

Supporting the Project Manager and Projects Team you will be responsible for a variety of duties including :-

  • Assisting with proposal generation
  • Ensuring supplier details are kept up to date
  • Creating and issuing purchase orders and invoices as required
  • Assisting with tender data collection and summarisation
  • Generating and compiling QA packs
  • Assisting the Administration Manager with travel bookings
  • Assisting with document formatting
  • Creating and maintaining project update documents and charts
  • General administration duties

This is a really exciting opportunity for a highly capable and organised Administrator to join a highly successful business at their Head Office in Winchester.

Previous Projects Administration is essential along with excellent Word and Excel skills, knowledge of Prince2 would be highly advantageous.

This is an office based position so candidates must be able to work in Winchester 4 days a week with 1 day working from home, hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
