As the successful Project Administrator, you'll have hybrid working split between the office and home.  While this is a maternity cover contract, it could be a game-changer for your career giving you experience working as part of a first-class marketing agency.

Your new role.

Project Administration:
  • Assist delivery teams and client services in creating campaign plans and project schedules.
  • Ensure accurate setup of projects and tasks in project management platforms like Asana and Netsuite.
  • Collaborate with client service and delivery leads to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Adapt project plans as needed due to changes in requirements or deadlines.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation and reports.
  • Provide support for administrative tasks and document management.
Resource Management:
  • Monitor delivery team capacity and report resource allocation concerns to team leads.
  • Chase campaign deadlines and deliverables, helping prioritize workloads.
  • Ensure staff accurately log time and meet billable utilization targets.
  • Attend internal resource management meetings to provide insight on project progress and resource allocation.
