Project Accountant

Robert Half Cambridge is recruiting for an Interim Project Accountant to join one of our clients based near Huntingdon.

This is a full time position for approximately 6 months.

For this role you must be immediately available and happy with hybrid working (2 days in the office 3 days work from home).

Main Duties:

• Looking after and maintaining the project reports specifically in relation to legal entities of the business
• Looking after project records and contracts to ensure terms are adhered to
• Provide project financial steering and management information to stakeholders
• Providing strategic financial guidance and support through high-level reports
• Provide recommendations that enable optimum and efficient operational performance
• Adhoc support to the wider finance team when required

Attributes:

• Qualified or Qualified by experience
• Experience in a similar role
• Good technical and analytical skills
• Adaptable - happy to roll up sleeves and get involved where needed
