Programme Lead - Finance Transformation
An excellent opportunity for an experience Programme Lead to drive forward the Finance Transformation Programme and realise the vision for a stronger finance function. You'll oversee various projects within the programme, from compliance and audit to systems and technology, ensuring deadlines are met and strategic objectives are achieved. Collaborating closely with the senior finance management team, auditors, and other stakeholders, you'll foster a collaborative change environment and provide essential support and guidance for operational and technical solutions.
Your role will be pivotal in developing accurate reporting systems and collating programme documentation to present to steering groups and senior stakeholders. With expertise in risk management, you'll ensure appropriate mitigations are in place, reducing the likelihood of issues and their impact. You'll also cultivate effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, enabling the successful delivery of the Finance Maturity Programme.
As the Programme Lead, you'll play a crucial role in driving the business focus, ensuring project plans are reviewed regularly, and communication channels remain transparent and trusted. With your comprehensive programme management skills, you'll maintain a sound understanding the organisation's strategy and delivery objectives, informing prioritisation and decision-making.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience delivering end-to-end change programmes, a sound understanding of a high performing finance function and experience implementing new systems, shared services and Target-Operating-Models.
This role is a hybrid role on a 12 month fixed term contract, salary c.£90,000.
