CONTRACT / INSURANCE / HYBRID / £1000 p/day (outside IR35)

A Global organisation has a requirement for a Programme Director to lead their 5 year strategic change initative working with Senior stakeholders to shape a number of business change programmes.

Key responsibilities:

  • The Transformation Programme Director will work with the Executive Team and Senior Divisional Stakeholders to articulate and agree a programme vision and set of outcomes aligned to the E-Connect Programme that encompasses the Target Operating Model for BDE & UPI, process simplification across the programme enabled through implementing a new PAS and other supporting technology.
  • Work collaboratively to identify and agree a change agenda, business cases and define delivery structures and end to end plans to achieve the agreed business outcomes and benefits.
  • Ensuring business cases are established, evolved and owned by sponsors.
  • Help to challenge and evolve business strategy, processes, and procedures to support agreed changes.
  • Work within a Matrix structure maintaining close links with key stakeholders and colleagues to support the delivery of a member driven experience.
  • Establish governance structure to facilitate decision making and monitor progress to plan and work within existing governance structures as required.
  • Manage a diverse team of BAU staff, contractors and consultants to create a high performing team aligned to the vision and strategy.
  • Overseeing the delivery of a number of suppliers to meet the deliverables and quality levels defined in the Statement of Works.
