Programmatic Campaign Manager
£68,000 - £75,000
City – Hybrid working

My client is an online gaming and sports betting brand, they are going through exciting growth and are looking for a Programmatic Campaign Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will have gained experience working as a Programmatic Lead within a regulated sector, ideally gaming, and be confident setting up, executing and analysing multiple campaigns using Adform or a similar platform. This is a hands on role that requires someone who is forward thinking, proactive and numbers focussed. THE ROLE:

Campaign Management
  • Campaign planning, monitoring, and analysis: collaborating with the relevant teams to ensure mid-lower funnel messages/channels/metrics are consistent.
  • Collaborating with brand and retention teams to create compelling marketing collateral that aligns with the brand's tone and positioning.
  • Overseeing the onboarding journeys: mapping, testing, and optimizations to deliver efficient conversions.
  • Be the Product Owner of our Ad tracking tool and handle the roadmap for the partner on behalf of our business.
Channel Management
  • Develop and implement programmatic display strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor and optimize hands-on programmatic display campaigns across various platforms to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Manage and control the programmatic budget and ensure cost efficiency in all programmatic display efforts.
  • Solid understanding of advertising technology, marketing technology, and attribution models.
  • Be responsible for the campaign tracking for all brands and reporting. 
  • Mentor and guide acquisition executives to develop their skills and knowledge in programmatic advertising.
  • Proactively identify and propose new ideas and strategies to enhance the effectiveness of programmatic display campaigns.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the competitive landscape to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Managing relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
  • Uphold brand guidelines and ensure all programmatic display campaigns adhere to company standards.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team and stakeholders to integrate programmatic display efforts with other advertising and marketing initiatives.
Tools & 3rd party relationships
  • Take a Product ownership position across our 3rd party tool kit: RedTrack.
  • Not essential but good to know Income Access
  • Lead in house activities on the platforms mainly on AdForm

THE PERSON:

  • Must have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience using Adform or a comparative platform - know how to set up, execute and analyse a campaign
  • Someone with ‘hand on’ experience doing this role
  • Must be proactive and forward thinking
  • Good analysing skills, very number orientated
