Join our client's expanding engineering team in Thetford as we seek a Programme Manager. Our team is at the forefront of innovation, driving projects in active suspension, aerodynamics, powered doors, and complete vehicle systems. More than a conventional Programme Manager role, this position integrates technical expertise with engineering while representing our clients when dealing with customers. You'll play a pivotal role in a new Division, shaping their product roadmap.

As a Programme Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead projects from inception to completion
  • Collaborate with engineering to meet project specifications
  • Monitor and report project timelines
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Manage project changes and outstanding issues
  • Assist in process improvement and reporting
  • Ensure timely delivery of ECUs and software to automotive standards

To be considered for this Programme Manager position, you will need the following:

  • Previous experience in Project or Programme Management
  • Familiarity with automotive electronic systems
  • Demonstrated customer management skills
  • Understanding of financial management and budgeting
  • Report generation for timelines and budgets
  • Experience in electronics for motorsport or automotive industries
  • Proficiency in MS Project or similar project management tools
