Professional Support Lawyer
Part-Time – Exeter/Remote – Only needing to visit the office on occasion
What is on offer?
- A part time role – Working 3 or 4 days/week
- A largely remote role - with office attendance only as needed
- Join a growing team of dedicated PSL lawyers in the Learning & Development team who support each other and share resources
What will you do?
- This is a non-fee earning real estate PSL role
- The team advise on urban regeneration, large scale property developments, self-invested pension schemes and real estate investments
- the client base is broad - and includes private individuals, house builders, planners, commercial developers, offshore investors, housing associations and local authorities
- Act as one of the Professional Support Lawyers to the team
- Provide support to the department
- Ensure fee earners are informed of new laws and developments as they arise
- Undertake legal research, create and update templates and precedents
- Research & provide bespoke technical training
- Prepare seminars and sessions for both internal and external clients
- Assist colleagues with preparing pitch documents & bids
What will you need?
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Real Estate Professional Support Lawyer
- Ideally you should already be working within another reputed regional firm
- The ability & desire to be creative and deliver training in an interactive & interesting way
