Our Client is currently looking to recruit a Professional Negligence Solicitor, they are committed to achieving and providing a first-rate legal service. They specialise in Personal Injury, Insurance Litigation and Profession and Clinical Negligence claims.

They are looking to add to their team in Farrington, you will have your own caseload of Fast track non-portal cases (including portal) working under supervision with the ability to conduct cases from beginning to end including experience of the litigation process.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with 2+years PQE experience a strong background in handling RTA (Road Traffic Accident) and professional Negligence cases.

You will be dealing with a variety of high vale Professional Negligence claims on behalf of claimant and defendants, representing Lawyers, Doctors, Finance and IT professionals, accountants, brokers and surveyors or alternatively claims whose cases have been settled under value.

You must be flexible, confident, determined and enthusiastic with the ability to develop business for the firm and possess exceptional communication, negotiation, prioritisation and organisational skills.
